At North Manhattan Eye Center, Dr. Gabriel Ferreira and Dr. Allie Nadelson lead a team dedicated to redefining eye care in Manhattan with a personal touch. Dr. Ferreira, known for his pioneering techniques and compassionate care, alongside Dr. Nadelson, whose expertise and warmth light up every patient visit, embodies our commitment to excellence and empathy. Together, they craft a vision of care that's not just about seeing better but living better.
Gabriel Ferreira, M.D.
Gabriel Ferreira, M.D., is an ophthalmologist who specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology and glaucoma surgery. A native Spanish speaker raised in New York, Dr. Ferreira is thrilled to be practicing medicine in his own backyard.
Allie Nadelson, M.D.
Dr. Allie Nadelson is a medical retina specialist who specializes in macular diseases, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular diseases, macular degeneration, and related disorders.
Dr. Nadelson received her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and went on to medical school in Puerto Rico, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. After completing her internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City, she completed her ophthalmology residency and served as chief resident at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island. She then completed her medical retina fellowship at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.
Dr. Nadelson comes to our practice extremely well-trained and fluent in Spanish.
